    • Cabbage: ¼ Kg Cut in to small pieces
    • Rice Flour: 2 Tb Spoons
    • Besan: 2 Tb Spoons
    • Corn Flour: 2 Tb Spoons
    • Red chilli Powder: 2 T Spoons
    • Ginger garlic Paste: 1 Tb Spoons
    • Pepper Powder: Pinch
    • Salt Tasty:
    • Oil Deep Fry


    • Add Cabbage pieces in a bowl
    • Add Rice flour, Corn Flour, Besan, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt mix well with little water
    • Optional You can add orange colour for better look
    • Add pepper powder to the cabbage mixture
    • Take deep Kadai and pour oil for deep fry and slowly drop the cabbage mixture pieces to the oil and fry until colour changes to red or brown and crispy
    • And takeout the fry pieces in to a paper napkin and repeat procedure for the remaining pieces also
    • That’s it your crispy and crunchy cabbage 65 is ready to serve hot
    • This cabbage 65 can be used as a side dish or evening snacks.
