Brinjal Pakoda Curry

Ingredients

  • Brinjal - 1/4 Kg
  • Pakoda - 1/4 Kg
  • Cilantro - 3 Bunches
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1 No
  • Green Chillies - 2 Nos
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 T Spn
  • Red Chilli Powder - 2 T Spoons
  • Turmeric Powder - Pinch
  • Salt - Tasty
  • Cumin Powder - 1/2 T Spoon
  • Coriander Powder - 1 T Spoon
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 T Spoon
  • Oil - 2 T Spoons

Method

Step 1

Take a bowl with a salt water and cut the brinjals in to cubes and add to the salt water and keep a side for a while

Step 2

Cut the pakoda in a required size in to pieces and keep a side

Step 3

Turn on the stove and place the kadai add the oil add heat after heating the oil add the Chopped onions fry till the onions turns in to brown colour (it will take nearly 2 Minutes) add Green Chillies after mixing with the onions add the Ginger garlic paste mix until the paste loses the raw smell

Step 4

Now add Brinjal Cubes and fry add little salt to the fry so that the colour remains same of the brinjals then cook for 5 minutes by closing the lid of the Kadai

Step 5

Add Tomatoes and fry for 5 Minutes, Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and Garam Masala Powder and mix well. Now add pakoda Pieces and saute for minutes, add water for gravy purpose

Step 6

After 5 Minutes cooking by closing the lid add cilantro and turn off the stove

Step 7

Thats all your tasty and favorite Brinjal curry with special pakoda curry is ready to eat and serve.
