Bread omelette or Omlette or Amlette


  • Bread slices-2
  • Eggs-2
  • black pepper powder-1/2 t spoon
  • salt-tasty
  • butter-1 Tb spoon
  • oil-1 t spoon
  • mint chutny-1 Tb spoon 


Step 1

Take a glass or deep bowl and break eggs and add salt and beat well for 10 mints, until foam comes out and keep a side. Heat tawa add melt butter and pour egg batter and spread on tawa and don't disturb for 1 minute. Coat bread slices on omelette or Omelet and place next side and press gently & don't disturb for 2 minutes and cook for 2 mins on low flame.

Step 2

Spray pepper powder and turn and cook for 1 mint and turn twice and grease mint chutney and cook both sides well and fold invert for detail watch my video. Folding should be omelette or Omelet at the middle and bread slices are both ends like sandwich.

Step 3

Serve with tomato ketchup will give extra taste to the Bread Omelet. Serve as snack or breakfast. Try this instant recipe.
