Instant Bread Medu vada Recipe


  • Bread - 8 to 10 number of slices
  • Rice flour - 3 table spoons
  • Curd - 2 table spoons
  • Onion - 1
  • green chilli - 2
  • cilantro - hand full
  • ginger - 1 inch piece
  • Oil for deep fry
  • cooking soda - pinch


Step 1

Tear the bread slices and grind in to powder, Add salt and rice flour, Add Curd, Add onion,green chilli, cilantro and ginger, Mix with hand first and sprinkle little water and make batter, Add water little by little and make smooth dough

Step 2

Add Oil to Kadai, Heat oil Grease your hands with oil, take small amount of batter and Make vada shape

Step 3

Slowly drop in oil, fry them on medium flame, Turn both sides and deep fry until golden brown Take out from Oil and keep in a paper napkin to extract the extra oil from Vada
