Bitter gourd fry (కాకరకాయ వేపుడు)
- Bitter gourd pieces-1/4 kg
- Tomato-1 No
- Green chilli-2 Nos
- salt, Tasty turmeric - Pinch
- Red chillies -1 No
- Curry leaves-2 bunches
- Ginger garlic paste-1 T spoon
- Ground Nuts-2 tab spoons
- RedChillli Powder- 1 T spoons
- Oil-2 T spoon
Wash bitter gourd and peel or scrap the surface (Green Area) then keep aside
Take Non Stick Pan and Heat Oil, add seasoning fry until crackle, and add onions, green chilli then add groundnuts, Red Chillli’s , curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, tomato saute for 4 to 8 minutes then add bitter gourd, sauté for 10 minutes, then add salt and Red Chillli powder, then fry for 5 minutes, finally add cilantro for flavor and cook for few seconds.
After few seconds take out in a serving bowl and serve hot with Rice.
