Basil & Amla juice (ఉసిరికాయ తులసి జ్యూస్ )
- Basil Leaves – 10 to 15
- Amla – 4 Nos
- Water – 1 Ltr
Pluck Basil Leaves Cut amla in to pieces (de seed the amla) Take a motar or mixer jar grind / Crush amla firstly then add basil leaves and crush the amla & basil leaves together and make basil amla paste.
Turn on the stove, place the kadai add water and boil, add basil amla paste then rolling boil together in a medium flame (approximate 10 minutes). Then filter the juice and take in to a serving glass and serve this healthy drinks to the children. This is very healthy for children and adults.
