- Atta(Wheat flour)-1 cup
- sugar powder-1 cup
- Ghee-1/2 cup
- Grated raw coconut-2 Tb spoons
- Milk-Boiled -for making laddu (Approximately 1/4 cup)
- Kaaju-for garnish
Grind sugar in to powder a keep a side Heat Kadai and melt ghee fry kaju & keep a side. Fry Wheat flour for 5 minutes on low flame, until raw flavour goes off.
Fry raw coconut for 2 mints. Take a bowl and add Atta and sugar, Coconut and mix well and add milk little by little and make laddu and garnish with kaju and serve. You can make laddu's with ghee also.
Milk atta laddu's are good for 1 day, ghee laddu's are good for 1 Week. Try this instant Atta laddu.
