Andhra Fish Gravy Curry
- Fish- 1 k. g.
- Green chilli-5
- Curry leaves-2 bunches
- Cilantro-2 bunches
- Red chilli powder-2 T spoons
- Turmeric powder-1 T spoon
- Curd-1 curd
- Big Lemon size Tamarind
- Garam Masala powder-1 t spoon
- Ginger garlic paste-2 t spoons
Clean the fish well, wash well and Watch my Video for cleaning. Wash With Raw salt and add curd and turmeric and leave for 10 mints. Chop Onion and Slice green chilli and soak tamarind for 10 mints and make tamarind juice.
Take a wide Bowl and add marinated fish and add onion, green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and add oil and mix well and add tamarind juice and add water for gravy and place on stove and lighten the stove and cook on high flame for 10 mints.
After 5 mints add ginger garlic paste and cook on low flame until gravy thickens. Add Garam masala and curry leaves and cilantro and cook until gravy thickens.
Serve hot or cool with rice. Tasty Andhra Fish gravy Ready.
