Andhra Chitapandu Roti Pachchadi


  • Chitapandu/tamarind lemon size Redchillies-50 grms Tomatoes-10 salt/Rock salt-tasty, coriander seeds-2 spoons, oil-2 table spoons, Garlic-5 coriander leaves-handful.


Step 1

Take a pan add oil and add redchillies and fry well .

Step 2

Add coriander seeds and fry well and take in to a plate.And add salt tasty.

Step 3

Cut tomatoes in to pieces and add 2 spoons oil and fry well till they completley saute. Clean the rolu and add redchilly and Coriander seeds and rub with banda or make fine powder.Add tamarind and rub well.

Step 4

After add garlic cloves and grind,and add tomatoes and mix well and grind like pickle. Add handful coriander leaves and mix well and rub well with banda.

Step 5

Take out in to plate and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with Hot rice & ghee yummy pickle is ready. This can be grind in Mixie also,but it will more tasty in rolu.
