Amla Raita (ఉసిరికాయ పెరుగు చట్నీ)
- Amla – 4 Nos
- Curd – ¼ Ltr
- Green Chilli – 3 Nos
- Cumin – 1 T Spoon
- Salt – Tasty
- Dry Red Chillies – 3 Nos
- Oil – 2 T Spoons
- Curry Leaves – 2 Bunches
- Seasoning – 1 T Spoon
Heat Idly Cooker with one cup of water, Place the Empty Idli racks, Make a slits on amlas and place it on the idli racks and close the lid and cook for 15 minutes on low flame. Take out the cooked amlas from Idli racks and let it cool for 10 minutes
Take a mixer jar and add these cooked amlas (Remove the seeds), Green chillies and Cumin – grind without water make a paste
Take bowl and add curd (already whisked well), Grinded Amla Paste, Salt and whisk well one more time by adding all these ingredients.
Turn on the gas and place the seasoning pan and add oil and heat, mustard seeds, red chillies, curry leaves and fry for approx 2 minutes. Mix the seasoning fry to the curd (mixed with the amla paste)
That’s it your tasty, Healthy and special Amla Raita is ready to Serve.
