Aloo Mutter Sabji (North Indian Style)

Aloo Mutter Sabji (North Indian Style) is common dist with parata and chapathi’s and this is widely used in north india


  • Potatoes – ¼ Kg
  • Green Pieces – 100 Grms
  • Garam masala powder – 1 T Spoon
  • Coriander Powder – 1 T Spoon
  • Cumin – ½ T Spoon
  • Curd – 2 Tb Spoons
  • Butter – 1 Tb Spoon
  • Tomatoes – 2 Nos
  • Green Chillies – 2 Nos
  • Onion – 1 No
  • Coriander Leaves – 2 Bunches
  • Cashew Nuts – 15 Nos
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 T Spoon
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ T Spoon
  • Salt – Tasty
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 T Spoon
  • Oil – 2 T Spoons


Step 1

Take the Aloo’s and cut in to pieces and soak in water for a half an Hour Take the green pieces and shall be soak in a water for over night

Step 2

Turn On the Gas Stove and Raise the Flame Place the Non Stick Kadai and Heat

Step 3

Add Cuin and Onions and fry for Few Seconds Add the Butter
